In Haiti, the challenge of earthquake recovery has been compounded by the need to prepare for presidential elections on November 28. Rubble removal and reconstruction have slowed to a crawl. Competition among 19 candidates for the nation's highest office has raised political tensions at a time when patience is running thin. A panel of experts will discuss the challenges facing the Haitian government and the international community.
